Description This article describes why FortiClient may not be able to connect to FortiSASE and offers possible solutions.
Scope FortiSASE, FortiClient.
Solution

If FortiClient was unable to connect to FortiSASE while trying to add the invitation code, attempt the following:

 

  1. Check the Internet Connection.
  2. Reinstall the FortiClient endpoint and try to connect again.
  3. Try connecting from a different version of FortiClient.
  4. If the issue persists, check the FortiSASE Managed endpoint as shown in the screenshot below. If the user is added to the unmanaged endpoints, the user will be unable to connect as a managed endpoint to FortiSASE.

To resolve the issue, right-click on the user and select enable as shown in the following screenshot:
