This article will explain how to work around the problems with IE9 and IE10 involving login problems at the UI
There is an issue where IE9 and IE10 is not recognizing the entries that the user pushes across in the login page.
1 - Click the "Gear" icon in IE9 or 10, Or press F12 [Reference the screenshot]
2 - Select "Internet Explorer 8" under Browser Mode.
