Why am I having problem importing an E(z)RF license?

You cannot import a new license if one already exists.
Log into the E(z)RF server and remove the old license completely from the E(z)RF server and import the new license.
Path: From E(z)RF server get into the Program File >> E(z)RF network manager >> Web NMS >>License and from here you will find the license and you need to delete it.
