DescriptionThis article provides an explanation for the error "VM infra check failed for product" that may be seen when importing a VM license.
ScopeVM controller, v8.2 and above.
SolutionWhile importing permanent license on a VM controller, if the following error is seen in the GUI while importing the license, then check the VM configuration/requirements.
“VM infra check failed for product”
As an example, if running a FWLC-50D-VM and an attempt is made to import a license for a FWLC-200-D VM, this error may be seen if the VM configuration is incorrect. For the FWLC-200D, a minimum of 8GB RAM, 4 CPU, and 16GB disk space is required. If any of these requirements are not met, this error would be seen.
