DescriptionNeed to restore control to Primary Appliances due to system failover.
ScopeVersion: 7.0.3.and aboveSolutionControl can be resumed via the Administration UI. The Summary panel displays the status of the Primary and Secondary Servers, as well as a means to restore control to the Primary.- Login to the Administration UI.
- Under the Summary panel, click the Resume button under the Primary Server no longer in control.
Important: Restoring control to Primaries will take several minutes to complete. During this time, services will not be running. Note: If running version 7.0.2 or earlier, the system may need to be restored via the CLI. Contact support for assistance.
