Technical Tip: Airwatch MDM Agent fails to authenticate in isolation

Description
After downloading the Airwatch MDM Agent to a device, the Agent is unable to authenticate to the Airwatch Cloud Server while in the isolation network.

Scope
Version: 8.x and above.

Solution
    Version 8.x:
    1. In the Administration UI, navigate to System > Settings > Control > Allowed Domains.

    2. Add the following domain if it is not listed.
    awada.com

    1. In the Administration UI, navigate to Network -> Settings -> Control -> Allowed Domains.

    2. Add the following domain if it is not listed.
    awada.com
