DescriptionWireless Controllers/AP's reporting Radius server (port 1813) failed to respond to request from client.
Radius accounting port 1813 is not bound to radiusManager after upgrading to 8.8.x from a pre-8.8 version (8.7 and below).
To verify if the port is listening, login to CLI as root and type:netstat -tulnp | grep 1813
Working Example:> netstat -tulnp | grep 1813
Port listening:
netstat -tulnp | grep 1813
udp6 0 0 :::1813 :::* 3068/java
If nothing is returned, the port is not listening.
