To get the FortiGate serial number and Firmware version information, refer to the following OIDs:
fnSysSerial <-- Unit serial number .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.100.1.1.1
If any issues are faced, collect the following debug logs and reach out to the Fortinet TAC team for further assistance:
diagnose debug reset diagnose debug application snmpd -1 diagnose de enable
Next, enter the above OIDs in the SNMP server and collect the above logs. Afterwards, disable the debug output using the following CLI command:
diagnose de disable
