If the device's contract has expired, all of the logs gathered on FortiGate Cloud, which is up to a year's worth of logs, will remain in the database for an additional 30 days. During this grace period, you have the option to either renew the subscription or download all of the logs. After the grace period, any logs that are older than 7 days will be deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. |
