Step 1: Login to https://support.fortinet.com, create an IAM account, and assign the necessary permission to that profile.
Step 2: Ask the end user to verify the account access.
Step 3: Enable the FortiCloud SSO option in the firewall as the local user.
Step 4: Ask the user to log in to the firewall.
