Description
This article describes how to recover trial FortiToken Mobile serial numbers in later FortiOS versions.
If they were deleted from the firewall, then the free service cannot be used.
FortiGate firewalls are shipped with two free FortiTokens Mobile per unit with unique serial numbers.
FortiTokens Mobile Trial FTMTRIAL cannot be transferred from one device (old device to the new device) to another, in case of device replacement the new device will be shipped two free FortiTokens Mobile.
Also sometimes it may show an error 'No valid token found'.
This may happen when uploading the configuration file from the backup or another unit. To resolve this simply delete both tokens and then import the free tokens.

From GUI.
In the VDOM if enabled:

From CLI.
To delete tokens:
config user fortitoken
delete <TOKEN-SERIAL-NUMBER>
# fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000
The CLI error codes are:
exec fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000
import fortitoken license error: -7571
exec fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-00
import fortitoken license error: -7566
