Troubleshoot Tip: FSSO collector agent installation

Description	This article describes how to troubleshoot the service 'Fortinet Single Sign On Agent Service failed to start'.
Scope	FortiGate, FSSO collector agent.
Solution	Double-check and verify the password. User must be a member of: Administrators or, Domain admins group. See 'Collector Agent status: Running' in the GUI. Find 'collectoragent.exe' in the system logs: Successful service start is eventid 7045. Unsuccessful service start is eventid 7000 (generic message). 7038 (unknown username or bad password).
