Technical Tip: Windows 10 license key is missing from the FortiSandbox

Description	This article describes how to troubleshoot if the Windows 10 license key is missing from the FortiSandbox.
Scope	FortiSandbox.
Solution	The issue is that is it not possible to download the WIN10 VM in the FortiSandbox with the error 'No Key Available'. The FortiSandbox is registered with the valid Win10 license but it does not show up in FortiSandbox. Due to the Win10 license registered with the FortiSandbox being Win10 edition 2021, the FortiSandbox needs to be running on v4.4.X or above to use the Win10 edition 2021. After upgrading the FortiSandbox to v4.4.X or above, the Win10 license should appear.
