When the same extension is access from the FortiVoice web portal for extensions, there are more options that can be seen as the picture below shows:
FortiFone for Teams has limited features and it is better for users to have full features by access to FortiVoice self-service for extensions.
In the future, these options can be changed in order to improve this service. |
