QoS for Phone System

We are implementing a new cloud VoIP phone system and we are looking to setup a QoS for this phone system. Essentially, we would like to setup the QoS as follows.

 

Highest Priority

1. Cloud VoIP Provider

2. Remote Meeting Applications (Teams, Zoom, etc)

3. Everything else

Low Priority

 

Fortinet's documentation for QoS changes widely from FortiOS version to version and seems to contradict itself at times. Does anyone have a guide/tips on how to go about configuring something like this?

Hello,

Its depend on VIOP phone what dscp it marking and queuing according to that you can configure on fortigate .please check DSCP value which might help you to mark them on fortigate .
