When installing FortiAuthenticator with KVM, it is not enough to point to the path where the fackvm.qcow2 is located naturally. The first step is to follow this procedure: Deploying FortiAuthenticator-VM on KVM
If it is not working as expected, the issue arises when running the image the error is present with /deb/db_disk2:
To avoid and continue with the FortiAuthenticaro boot process, include the two VirtIO Disks listed and save, because only 1 is selected by default, then close and open the KVM again:
Once this step is completed, the boot process can continue normally:
