| Solution |
If the FortiGuard Category Based Filter does not appear in the web filter profile as follows:
Check the NGFW mode under System-> Settings. It would be set to Policy Based.
In case it is desired to access the Category-Based Filter from the web filter profile, change the NGFW mode to Profile-Based. Be cautious while proceeding with this step as it will delete all the firewall and security policies.
Otherwise, if it is desired to continue using the Policy-Based mode, it is possible to access the Category-Based Filter in the concerned Policy under the URL category as follows:
